At the heart of the residence lies a serene central courtyard, designed as a contemplative oasis with sunken seating nestled within a water body, surrounded by Japanese landscaping and softly lit by traditional lanterns. The living spaces open out towards an infinity pool, framed with seating zones, while private areas are thoughtfully placed on the upper floor.
The ground level unfolds as a sequence of curated experiences—boardrooms, lounges, a gym, a home theatre, and multiple gathering spaces—seamlessly integrated within a sprawling three-acre landscaped plot. Blending the openness of a contemporary farmhouse with futuristic form-making, Floating Gardens Villa reimagines domestic architecture as a fluid, forward-looking expression of life lived in harmony with space, nature, and design.
Floating Gardens Villa was envisioned as a bold architectural statement, inspired by Biophilic elements, and fluid Architecture. Conceived as a fluid, parametric composition, the façade unfolds in layered volumes that rise and recede across levels, creating a dynamic, skyline-like silhouette.
Finished in a restrained white palette, the architecture is punctuated by sculptural elements—including a twisted tower housing the lift core—while varying floor terminations and setbacks lend the villa a sense of movement, depth, and futurism, transforming it into a contemporary architectural landmark.
